As the RSVP Director for Dubuque County I am proud to be part of this amazing group, the Dubuque National Service Partnership, who worked on this application. The Dubuque Community strives each day to work together in partnership with non-profits, schools, philanthropic organizations, national service partnerships, and more to make Dubuque a wonderful place to live, work, and learn! I am proud to be raising my child in this community. I know with the wonderful ideas outlined in this application we can make our community even stronger and improve learning for all children!

This plan showcases a clear committment from public and private sectors of Dubuque representing many different organizations working together. Dubuque will not accept the status quo as it moves forward to increase learning for the children of Dubuque, and to make the community stronger as a result.
